Description

DC series, name of Deep Cycle, is electric vehicle VRLA batteries, special designed for Electric vehicle such as electric automobile, golf car etc.

Combining advanced battery design technology with robust materials and construction, DC series provide excellent cycle performance, maintenance-free and highly resistant to shock and vibration.

Charge Method

Step 1:Pre-charge, charging with constant current 0.05C3 (A) , if the charging voltage rises to 2.0Vpc,  the  charging  automatically  switches to S2,  if the charging  time reaches 0.5h,  the charging voltage has not reached 2.0Vpc,  the charger should alarm and  prompt  abnormal conditions.

Step 2:Constant current charging: Charging with constant current 0.15C3(A)~0.2C3(A), if the charging voltage rises to 2.4Vpc, or the charging time reaches 6h, the charging automatically switches to S3.

Step 3:Constant current charging: Charging with constant current 0.1C3(A)~0.12C3(A), if the charging voltage rises to 2.43Vpc, or the charging time reaches 2h, the charging automatically switches to S4.

Step 4:Constant voltage charging: Charging with constant voltage 2.47Vpc, the limited current is 0,05C3(A), if the charging current drops to 0.01C3(A),or the charging time reaches 2h, the charging automatically switches to S5.

Step 5:Float charging, the float charging voltage is 2.3Vpc, the limited current is 0.01C3(A), after charging 4h, the charging stop.
